No Bake Cookie Recipe

Yields: Approx. 24 cookies
Ingredients
½ cup (1 stick) Unsalted Butter
2 cups Cane Sugar
½ cup Milk
¼ cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
½ cup Creamy Peanut Butter
1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
3 cups Quick Oats
¼ tsp Sea Salt
Instructions
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.
Stir in the sugar, milk, and cocoa powder. Bring to a rolling boil and let boil for 1 minute.
Remove from heat and quickly stir in the peanut butter and vanilla extract until smooth.
Stir in the oats and salt until fully combined.
Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
Let the cookies sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes, or until set.
Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
