Classic Banana Bread Recipe

Ingredients
2 cups All-Purpose Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
½ tsp Sea Salt
½ cup (1 stick) Unsalted Butter, softened
¾ cup Cane Sugar
2 Large Eggs
3 Ripe Bananas, mashed
1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
In a small bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar.
Beat in the eggs, mashed bananas, and vanilla extract.
Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until just combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
Bake for 55–60 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
